Terms of Service

The terms that govern your access to and use of Caibo Global.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Caibo Inc. (“Caibo”) governing your use of the Caibo Global website, applications, and services (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory and able to enter into a binding contract.

You may use the Service only where it is lawfully available to you and where we are able to offer it.

The Service

Caibo Global provides cross-border money movement, the ability to send and receive funds, and the ability to hold and move supported stablecoins (such as USDC and USDT) on supported networks. Business customers can additionally access payout APIs and related tools.

Some features are provided by third parties, and some are described as coming soon; those are clearly identified and are not available until launched.

Account registration, KYC and KYB

To use the Service you must create an account and complete identity verification (KYC) and, for businesses, business verification (KYB).

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts where verification cannot be completed or where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or transactions involving prohibited persons or jurisdictions.

  • No use in violation of applicable laws or sanctions;
  • No fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity;
  • No use that infringes the rights of others;
  • No attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service.

Fees

Applicable fees, exchange rates, and delivery amounts are shown before you confirm a transaction. You are responsible for any network fees inherent to blockchain transactions.

Stablecoins and crypto risk

Digital assets carry risks, including the irreversibility of on-chain transfers and, for non-stablecoin assets, price volatility. You are responsible for providing correct destination details; on-chain transfers generally cannot be reversed.

Compliance and monitoring

The Service is subject to identity verification, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting. We may delay, decline, freeze, or reverse transactions, or request additional information, where necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Third-party providers

Certain capabilities rely on third-party providers, including banking, payment, verification, and blockchain infrastructure partners. Your use of those capabilities may be subject to the providers' terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and Caibo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
